I discovered that my customer is a lot like me. They want a specific mood for their trip, but they can also get overwhelmed by the information they find. Instead of asking for assistance, they try to do it on their own, which can be stressful. We don't want that. Finding new spots all along the way from their home to the destination, and coming back home with stories of the wonders they've seen. Couple that with my love for scheduling activities for all on the trip, without over-scheduling, makes me the perfect Travel Advisor for anyone wanting fun excursions but still wanting to breathe in the relaxation these trips were made for.
